To touch the city again by the means of time; to re-edit it in the means of space. Remembering the collage-montage tradition, the workshop will re-consider the public spaces with its all circulations in a deconstructive approach. Sometimes it would be re-winding the driving spring of the city and sometimes it would be just re-imagining it. How do we perceive the city? What are the barriers of our urban perception?

The wokshop will start with showing and discussing various fragmented and re-edited still and moving images, and continue with the participants’ transfer to the various spots of the city which they want to re-explore. The other days will be spent on temporial and spatial retouches with the collected footages.

Some experience in photoshop and some curiosity in editing and effects softwares like premiere/final cut and after effects will be needed.
